Exhibitor Information & Booth Purchase
The Grand Strand Tech Council invites you to purchase a booth (or booths) at the Grand Strand Tech Expo, which will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 from Noon until 6:00 pm at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel in Myrtle, Beach, SC.
Exhibit Details: We have 75 booths in two sizes, 6' deep by 10' wide and 8' deep by 10' wide. Each booth is fully carpeted, and will come complete with pipe & drape, one 8' draped table, and a chair. There will be a sign with your company's name on it along with an electrical connection and wireless Internet. Completing the package deal with be an Exhibitor break area complete with coffee and snacks, and a company listing in advertising and attendee promotion.
A maximum of two booths per company will be allowed and assignments will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the exact layout is established, companies will be contacted in the order in which they purchased booths to select their exhibit space. However, we reserve the right to reassign exhibit space if necessary.
The cost per booth for Grand Strand Technology Council Members is $180 for a 6' x 10' booth, and $225 for an 8' x 10' booth. The cost for non-members is $225 for a 6' x 10' booth, and $275 for an 8' x 10' booth. Payment can be made online via a secure payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also opt to pay by check.
